What Our Customers Are Saying

No plastic bottles. No mystery blends. Just honest, world-class oil.

It all starts with the olive...

Founder Gaetano planted over 2,000 olive trees on his land in Florida after moving here from Sicily.

What started as a passion project became a way to bring true, single-origin olive oil to American tables.

Gaetano calls it ‘olive juice’ because that’s how he treats it: something you drink fresh from the fruit. The sooner you taste it, the more flavor and benefits you unlock.

"From our family to yours, thank you for letting us be part of your story. Buon appetito!
— Gaetano, Florida Olive Farm Founder

How We Harvest

Olives at Peak Freshness

We grow and hand-select olives at their ripest – right as they start turning dark – for maximum flavor + health benefits.

1

Cold Pressed Within Hours

We harvest and press the olives the same day to lock in polyphenols, antioxidants, and that just-picked taste.

2

Bottle On-Demand For You

Your oil is bottled fresh when you order – not months in advance. That means longer shelf life, richer flavor, and unmatched health benefits.

3

Why Olive Oil?

Not all oils, or even olive oils, are created equal. Here's why making the switch matters for your health, food, and your future.

Real Heart Health Benefits

Those who use olive oil daily show a 19% lower risk of heart disease.

Quality Over Jargon

Over 50% of cheap oils are adulterated or cut with cheaper, less healthy, seed oil.

Buying Local Matters

100% of U.S.-certified oils passed independent quality testing, compared to only 27% of imports
