At Florida Olive Farm, we believe great food begins with a deep respect for where it comes from.

Our story stretches from the golden fields of Sicily, where our founder, Gaetano, spent his childhood playing hide and seek among the wheat, to the sun-drenched groves of Alachua, Florida.

Rooted in old-world tradition and driven by a passion for honest, exceptional ingredients, our family has made it our mission to bring the essence of Sicily into every bottle we produce here in Florida.

Harvested Once a Year, Naturally Exceptional

Our olive oil is as natural as it gets: pure, unblended, and crafted in limited batches. Because we can only harvest once per year, supply is dictated by the rhythm of the land. As Gaetano likes to say, "we’re limited by Mother Nature."
